Stress Over Surgery

I have an upcoming surgery scheduled and it has been stressing me out. I have been eating unhealthy and worrying about everything. The surgery isn't FDA approved yet, so it isn't covered by insurance. It is either money or my eyesight, and I think my eyesight wins.

I have done so well with my eating and exercise. I have had great progress and now I am worried I will revert to my old ways. I am going to be pretty broke after the surgery occurs and I worry I won't be able to afford healthy food options. I am a little ball of stress
