Trying again, hope to stick with it this time

I am trying MFP for the second time now. The first time I did well for about 2 weeks, but then started to slip out of the habit of logging my food, until I eventually stopped altogether. So, this time I need to stick with it. At almost 42, I need/want to lose 30 pounds. I don't really have time to exercise, so it will all come down to food for me. Here's to hoping I don't get lazy about this again!

    I have been on here off and on for a couple years...it works well when you stick with it!

    Hang in there! I, too, have been off and on, but now my cousin and I are working this together and she has such an encouragement. This is my 14th day streak! hang in there, you can do this!!! I am diabetic, so I need consistency here.
