Encouragement always helps me. If you would be willing to be my friend and partake in my journey/success, please send me a friend request. I've been out of the Navy now for just over 1 year, and the weight has sure come back on quickly! I'll be moving from DC to FL in about 6 months, and I'd sure like to get in shape before I live in a place where I can't bundle up in winter clothing to conceal my weight. Thanks to everyone who has posted success stories on here - very motivating!
