Which Whole Wheat cereal should I go for?

Hey everyone. Sorry for the stupid question. I've been deciding between two Whole Wheat cereals.
Option A: Calories: 158 (per 45 grams), carbs: 30, Fat: 1, Protein: 5, Sodium: 90, sugar: 1
Option B: Calories: 155 (per 45 grams), carbs: 29, Fat: 1, Protein: 5, Sodium: 0, sugar: 2
Would it be better to go with Option B since it has 0 sodium? Or would it be better to go with option A since it has less sugar. I think option B is the best, but I want to make sure since I am still learning about nutrition. I know that sodium and sugar are both bad, so that's why I want other people's opinion.

I know that all things aren't bad in moderation, but I also know salt and sodium are not the best for weight loss.
I do eat All-Brain Fiber Flakes sometimes, but I like to rotate my meals It sounds strange, but I get a lot more full from the whole wheat cereal at 45 grams than I do with the All-Brain cereal at 60 grams. I feel fuller eating the whole wheat instead of oatmeal. I also feel like the whole wheat cereal gives you more food for less calories than both the oatmeal and All-Brain. But the whole-wheat cereal is a little different in the Netherlands maybe than what you think. It is exactly like oatmeal, but made with wheat.0 -
I see very little difference. They have the same calories and the same protein.
Eat which one tastes better.0 -

I eat granola mix with greek yogurt add berries it has sodium and sugar but is yummy and keeps me full until lunchtime and around 250 calories including yogurt for 50g. Its up to you if it fits its good0

I do eat oatmeal and brain blakes, but I also have other foods in my rotation I do eat the whole wheat flakes more though since they fill me up a lot more.0

The sugar is almost the same in each, I would go for the one with less sodium, if sodium content bothers you.
Sodium content doesn't bother me so I would just go for whichever I felt like eating.

The difference is minimal. You're way overthinking this. Just eat what you like best, and for what it's worth, there are no 'bad' foods, but cereals definitely wouldn't rank high in the 'better choice for satiety' scale.0

Why don't you buy both and alternate? That way you can experiment and see which of the two you like best. You might also find alternating is the way for you. Best of luck.0

It's very easy to have sodium numbers go up quickly over the course of the day. They're both really low in sugar--essentially the same. If you're concerned about these elements, then I'd go for the low sodium.0

I'd go with the lower sodium one, based on the info you gave us.
I struggle with sodium, so less is always better, if everything else is equal.0 -
If you have trouble keeping under either your sodium or sugar levels and it concerns you, pick the one with the lowest level of the one you have the most problem with. Otherwise, they're pretty much identical macro wise and you like them both, so I'd just buy whichever was cheaper that week.0

Special K Oats and Honey is small in calorie intake, and if use skimmed milk, even smaller. Vary with low cal oatmeal...and then occasional eggs.0

Why decide? Eat 22.5g of each. I blend four kinds of seeds and nuts, two kinds of Greek yogurt, two kinds of granola plus cereal and fruit for my breakfast.

Sugar is great, just make sure you have plenty of fibre and it'll regulate what your body does with it. Personally I don't bother with cereal, more of an oat and peanut butter person myself. But either of this seems fine, don't fear sodium unless you're eating crazy amounts of it. You'll never avoid it completely and there's no need to.0 -

Whichever tastes better it will take you a loooong time at the grocery store if this is your approach.
Do you eat cereal every day? I find it makes me so hungry if I eat it and would rather have eggs, veggies and cottage cheese to fill me up.0 -
It's entirely up to you, I'd choose option B if you have a medical condition or just a problem related to sodium, but other than that just choose witch one you like better and feel better about eating, plus 3 calories barely makes a differance.0

Thank you guys I decided to go with Option B since it taste slightly better and would prefer less sodium so I don't go over my daily sodium limit.
Also Cortney I eat a rotation of different things for breakfast and lunch. They are a turkey and spinach sandwich on whole-wheat/grain bread, 2 scrambled eggs with veggies and spinach, veggie soup, All-Brain cereal, Oatmeal, and the Whole wheat oatmeal thing. So I think I have a pretty good variety.0
