    I can't stand Tracy Anderson but she has a good rebounder workout on Youtube that shows a nice range of motion types you can do on one. Unless you're really fit you'll need to modify these down.

    I Love Tracy Anderson, I just wish she had worn some smaller pants to do this rebound workout. It's a really good workout though

    Its fine. Takes a little while to get used to it, if you've never done it. I would try for 2 min. at a time when just beginning, and slowly add time each workout.
