Hi, I'm grainy18 just started MFP, the non distinction between natural in fruit sugar and refined added I feel is wrong. Keeping to my goal meant not eating an Apple, most other diets encourge any time you feel like a snack eat fruit.

I wouldn't worry about it!0

Without a medical reason to track sugar, don't! Track fibre instead0

if you want a chuckle, a snort and overall confusion, search for sugar threads here. You will see absurd advice, good advice, sugar bragging (where people brag about how they eat snickers and donuts while posting their advice). My advice for sugar is to do some real research and get a base knowledge of the sugar story. Also, experiment with tracking it, reducing it, increasing it, and see how YOU feel and respond.-1

I wouldn't worry about it . An apple has so many great things! Did you know it will make you more alert than a cup of coffee ?0

You could try reducing the amount of added sugars you eat so you can comfortably eat fruits and stay within your sugar goal if it is important to you.0 -

A carb is a carb! It all turns into energy! As long as your calories are in a deficit, you're all good!0
