I only see these people once every few years

I fell off the face of Fitness pal this year. It started with a broken toe and then motivation slipped. I have been gearing myself up to get back to me, so here I am. I am meeting with my coworkers for the first time in 2 years and this extra puffiness just needs to go. I am placing myself on a "starter" round to fitness again. I want to see how regular I can be with this process for 30 days. 30 days till I fly out for the staff meeting. I have been logging in this week to MFP. I am not counting that towards my 30 days, although I say that now. I want to make it through the next month just regulating my eating patterns and my exercise patterns. With the help of you on here and my two kids giving me some time, I shall fit comfortably into my work clothes for the trip.

I just don't want them to say in the back of their minds 'Oh she put on a little weight"

Friend me and help me along.
