So far my experience has not been great. Lost approx. 6.5 the first week, then about 1-2 the following weeks. Then I just stopped. I bought lots of supplements and spent lots of money to be told eat lots of veggies and no carbs, very unrealistic for long term and for someone that needs to balance and loose over 50 pounds. I lost enthusiasm, since having business lunches may not always be salad/veggies and chicken. I need some feedback. I feel like this plan is suited for those that can only eat salad and chicken for a year, and willing to spend thousands of dollars on this plan. The center focuses on weighing you and then pushing their products.
