Calorie intake help!

I'm really confused on how many calories a day I should eat. I'm male around 5"6 and about 128 pounds I know that isn't a hell of a lot but I have some chub on my stomach I really want to get rid of I exercise about 4 times a week 2 cardio and 2 weight training. How many calories should I consume on exercise days and how many on my 'lazy' days please help!

    Eat at maintenance and lift heavy. You're already at a healthy weight, and the goal from your ticker would put you on the cusp of being underweight.

    As many times as I would like because I'm new don't really know how to work these things and not getting loads of answers haha

    You've received several thought out, rational answers that won't change no matter how many times you keep creating threads to ask the same question. Validation of your low caloric intake is unlikely.
