Binge Eating

I'm not what you would call overweight but I'm not slim either.I am trying to lose weight to get to my desired goal.
I have maybe about 10 kg to lose. At first when I started my fitness pal I was really good and logged every day. Now I hardly ever log. I have also started binge eating. I never used to binge eat. I am not gaining weight but this is because the day after I always feel bad and eat hardly anything. I always feel horrible after binge eating as I am shorter with a smallish stomach. I feel like I want to throw up afterwards. I feel disgusted by myself but I can never seem to stop.
Advice?

    It's quite possible that depriving yourself is what leads to the binging. Instead of punishing yourself by not eating, and setting yourself up with hunger and a bad relationship with food, just start over the next day with a clean slate. Eat your normal amount of calories. Try to develop a healthy relationship with food which includes savoring the things you most enjoy, and putting some thought into what your body actually needs.

    I do that too. I just love food!,I restrict too much so when I eat, I go overboard . I think I need to be patient and it will help. what's the rush I keep saying to myself ...work in progress
