Chia Seeds

I've recently added Chia seeds to my diet however I find that they are making me nauseous. Anyone else have this happen? Should I try to split the amount I add to meals maybe?

I've had chia pudding exactly once, and I'd rather eat boogers.
Just watching a kid digging for gold makes me gag.

I add them to yogurt, just sprinkled on top, and then add fruit.
Masks the flavor.0
