How to recover from BINGING?

I gained some fat back after about 8 days of reckless emotionally eating.
Since March 2014 (163 pounds).... I've been cutting calories and losing inches more so than weight. However, From 10/30 to like 11/6.... I was eating recklessly and I notice fat around waist, stomach, upper back fat and shoulders... I flushed myself out with water thinking it's just water rentention and bloating.... but no it's definitely fat. My shoulders are back fat and my boobs is fatter... I measured myself and everything.
I'm back on track ... back eating my 1400 calories; I'm staying away from the carbs and constantly drinking water. However, the fat on my upper back and shoulders is making me so frustrated .... I hate that fat runs to those areas.
Will I bounce back??? or did I screw up my metabolism flow in any way???

You will be fine, continue to log your binges. Start fresh right now.0

You will bounce back.. Just be consistent. I've created a challenge group you may be interested in. It will definitely help you get on track.

Don't be hard on yourself! Your metabolism is just fine. The best thing you can do is get back on track and completely forgive yourself.
If you're under a lot of stress, I would start meditating on a daily basis. (Well, I'd recommend that to just about anyone, regardless. But that's just me.)
I know people have different opinions about carbs, but I don't think it's a good idea to completely eliminate all carbs from your diet. You can and should eliminate carbs from candy and soda (empty calories), but if you're even avoiding fruit just because it has carbs, I think it's better to have a balanced diet. (Also, I think avoiding carbs too much could lead some people to binge.)
If you're finding that sticking to 1,400 calories per day is consuming all of your willpower, then it could be better to pick a less aggressive weight loss speed. If you're trying to lose 2 lbs per week, but it's so difficult that it leads you to binge occasionally - maybe dial it back a bit to 1.5 or 1 lb per week.
The other thing is exercising. If you can add 45 mins of walking per day, it adds up.0
