Losing 16 lbs

Hi everyone!

I've been using MyFitnessPal for a little over a month now; I'm a 31 year old man, 5'5", medium frame, no known health issues, mesomorph (V-shape) body type, and I currently weigh 140.4 lbs with about 17% body fat (according to a calper I have.) I started at 146.6, and my goal is to be around 130 lbs with about 10% body fat. I'm okay with weighing more than 130 lbs as long as it's muscle and not fat.

I weighed around 137 in high school on track, 168 by the end of college, before losing 30 lbs and regaining 10 to settle in around 147 lbs for the last 4 years. Once I reach my goal, I need to make sure I don't regain weight again.

According to MFP, I should be having 1,400 net calories per day in order to lose 1 lb per week. I try to eat around 1,400 calories per day, but some days I don't get much exercise.

I've had issues with MFP's automatic calorie adjuster - when I walked 8.5 miles today, it credited me with 230ish calories. By my calculations, it should've been around 630 calories. When I manually add in cycling with my stationary bike, it removes all the calories it gave me from walking, so I end up adding in my walking manually as well. I'm not sure if I am doing it incorrectly, because I seem to be plateauing lately.

Anyway, that's my introductory post!
