I want to start lifting heavy..

Im already skinny, i eat as healthy as possible, and I do weight lifting right now (barely, i lift 20 pounds in dumbbells right now).. Im just not as tight as id like to be. I joined the gym but ive just been getting on the treadmill and doing weights at home. I have no idea how to start.

I really want to focus on my legs and my butt, since thats where I carry most of my fat and needs to be toned up most. I just have no idea how or where to start!



Ps im not looking to be super cut. I just really need firm legs and an *kitten*, and the ab lines on the stomach.

    If you're 17, you need to be 18 to use this site. You might want to check out sparkteens.

    Also, starting strength is a good book to look over. Your high school probably has a weight room and a teacher who focuses on teaching kids to lift. Go talk to them.
