I've had my account for quite awhile, actually, but I've gained so much weight in the last two or so years that I'm embarrassed. I graduated high school, and started college. I also quit my exceptionally fast paced food service job and now am very sedentary working front desk. I just moved out on my own, and now live 24 miles from my gym....which even though it's a very nice 24 hr facility, I would only have motivation to go regularly in bursts. Beyond that, I hit my low when I was struggling with an eating disorder. Right now I'm very motivated to get back on track, as I was pregnant and ended up needing to terminate it for my health (it was ectopic). But because of this I've been very stressed and upset with all the changes in my life recently, and I've gone from my low of 125 pounds to 186 when I weighed the other night. I tend to binge eat junk food (pizza rolls and pasta are my comfort foods) when I'm feeling stressed, which has been almost constantly as of late, the last 6 months exceptionally so.

I guess I want to become part of the community because I feel like if I have more people to talk to and hold me accountable, as well as people who struggle with the same issues I do, I'll be able to power through and see more progress.

Currently, I'm 19 (almost 20), 186 pounds and 5'1. I'm considered obese, and honestly I kindof feel like it. I always thought I was super fat and awful and chubby when I was wearing size 4-6 pants, and now I'm doing the bunny hop on 12s and on the very last hook of my bras.

My goal at this point is to be 140 pounds, or at least fit back into size 8s by the end of my Spring semester in May. I have signed up for a dance class for credit through my college, and I just purchased an in-home elliptical (it has not arrived yet). The contract with my current gym expires in 2 months, and I'm looking into what my local (.3 miles from my home) gym has to offer.

So, I guess I just wanted to give you guys some info on me, let you know where I'm at, and hopefully get some tips on how to lose weight despite my crazy hectic schedule and stressors.
