I need guidance

I grew up being medicated, with medication i should have never had. The sort of medication you get big bux if you sell them to drug abusers. Medication wich msde me depressed and socialy isolated. I gained 40kg in fat. Which i lost 6 months after quitting the meds
Used the meda At the age of 13-16 i am 21 now. I am still struggling to recover with the socials pars. I got a bunch of negative friends trying to pull me down. So i had to throw them out of my life about 2 years ago. After that i have spent my days pretty much alone. This is were daygame gave me a fresh light.

The stuff i am trying to solve.

* Bad sleep routine, falling asleep 02:00 waking up 13:00

* Got no job

I find it reallly hard to focus on all of these things. Specially when i feel lonely and depressed all the time.

I really need guidance in this mather.

Should i focus on one thing at a time? Like fixing sleep+ daygame?

* Have few people to socialise with

* Sorting my diet and workout routine.
