Hi everyone,
Im just looking to offload really. I've been using mfp for quite some time now and have lost 44lbs in 17 months! I am beyond happy about this but my last 17lbs seems to feel far too comfortable and doesn't want to budge! I know the final stretch is hard but any advice to shift this would be brilliant!
Im 5ft 1in and started at 181lbs. Im currently sitting at 137lbs and recently when I changed my goals on mfp it told me to eat a daily calorie intake of 1290..which I completely refuse to do! I tend to keep my calories around 1350/1400 daily. My goal weight is 120lbs...the plateau is a bit*h!lol
Any advice?

Buy a food scale and weigh your food, you are likely eating more than you think you are. you also may want to put your goals to 1lb/week or .5lb/week now, adn I'd suggest using an external calculator like health-calc.com or exrx.net (use both and see if they are similar - the former is only similar to the latter for me once I enter in my goal weight). Subtract 15% for a reasonable goal of less than 1lb/week, and if that's still not enough food then you can use whatever deficit you want. The smaller your deficit, the slower the loss.0
