Blasting Away Cellulite

I'm a compulsive yo-yo dieter. My weight has varied between 225lbs-90lbs but one thing has always remained....cellulite. I have always had cellulite.
I am pretty active (I'm normally more active but I am between gyms). I walk everyday for about 1-1 1/2 hours, I work as a caregiver (doing lots of lifts and pivots of 125lbs women about 8x a shift as I take her to the gym to work out and I also do her shower lifts), I go out and dance about 2 times a week, I do yoga 5 days a week, I'm a waitress, & I do some at home strength work with resistance bands and lots of core work. I feel somewhat limited by my severe asthma but feel I manage to work around it really well. Even when I was hitting the gym 6 days a week and was at my "fittest" I had cellulite from my booty down to my knees! Everyone in my family has it as well.
Am I just genetically screwed?
Are there any super effective ways to get rid of it?
