"If you still look cute at the end of your workout, you didn't train hard enough"

"It takes 4 weeks for you to notice your body changing, 8 weeks for your friends and 12 weeks for the rest of the world. Give it 12 weeks. Don't quit."

"Respect the Training. Honour the Commitment. Cherish the Results"

"Exercise is like telling your body, 'You're gonna hate me for this, but you'll thank me later' "
"You've got what it takes, but it will take everything you've got."

"If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you"

"What fits your busy schedule better - exercising one hour a day or being fat 24 hours a day?"

"You don't have to be great to start but you have to start to be great"

"Weight does not dictate your health or your worth"

"When you start doubting yourself, remember how far you have come. Remember everything you have faced, all the battles you have won, and all the fears you have overcome."

"You only regret the workouts you don't do"

"It pains me to continue but it hurts much worse to stop"

Ha ha I have so many . . . I have them on a rotation of my wallpaper background at work.

The best ab exercise is 5 sets of “Stop eating so much crap.”

If you can dream it, you can do it. Walt Disney

Thinking about going to the gym burns between 0 and 0 calories.

Do it for yourself; nobody else cares as much.

It is far better to be exhausted from success than to be rested from failure.

What one thing could you do (you aren’t doing now) that if you did on a regular basis, would make a tremendous positive difference on your personal life? Why aren't you doing it? - Covey's Third Habit

“I sit beside the fire and think
Of all that I have seen
    Of meadow flowers and butterflies
    In summers that have been

    Of yellow leaves and gossamer
    In autumns that there were
With morning mist and silver sun
    And wind upon my hair

I sit beside the fire and think
Of how the world will be
When winter comes without a spring
    That I shall ever see

For still there are so many things
    That I have never seen
In every wood in every spring
    There is a different green

I sit beside the fire and think
    Of people long ago
And people that will see a world
    That I shall never know

But all the while I sit and think
    Of times there were before
    I listen for returning feet
    And voices at the door”
    ― J.R.R. Tolkien

It isn't a quote, but it is my favorite poem. It reminds me to live my life as best I can and do all I can because there will be a time when I pass and I won't have the chance to do that anymore. Got one chance in life!

This is great , I have it hanging in my office and when I start to feel sorry for myself I give it a read and figure I'll just hang around and keep trying so I can piss everybody off. B)
