What are your goals for this week?

Sunday night is always a good time to reflect on the past week, including the temping days of the weekend, and decide what you want to work on in the coming week.

For me, I really need to be better at tracking EVERYTHING I eat/drink! I let things slide, like a scoop of sour cream or extra splash of hazelnut creamer!

I also need to work on drinking more water and focusing more on fruits and veggies (I've been eating a lot of meat!).

How about you? What do you want to work on this week?

    -Drinking more water!
    -Cycle to work this week! I slacked this week due to the bad weather :(
    -It's my birthday week, so I'm going to try and work cake and birthday dinner into my Macros and try not to overindulge!
    -Get my *kitten* back on the elliptical at least once this week.

    And last but not least... Try my best to have a good week!

    - Lose a pound
    - Finish my to do list for college by tomorrow
    - Enjoy my birthday dinner on Friday
    - Walk more and eat less than what I have been doing lately
    - Drink less soda

    Mine are:
    -Take a walk (with some running) during my lunch breaks every day. Should be able to get in two miles.
    -stay within my calorie goal every day
