Over 55 Movement

On a journey to losing 20 pounds. After 55 it's not that easy.So the challenge is on. Wish me luck.

  • Will do...I'm 82. I started in the 230 range and have lost about 23 lbs. I stick to three days a week exercise at my fitness center, 30 min. cardio on stationary bicycle, and 30 mins. on Nautilus machines...........with occassional leg exercises sitting in my office chair, and small barbell curls, twists, and side bends at home. My daughter-in-law and son have been an inspiration to be to get started and to keep on. They live in Chapala, Mexico, and were back here in Ft. Worth, staying with us 3 months. Just left.

    Best of luck. It's a little more difficult at this age, but doable.
