Set Backs and Health Issues

I was set back big time after getting hit by car on my bicycle. I was bedridden for a while and then walking with a cane. I'm back to walking on my own in the last month. The day after I finished physical therapy for my leg I was back in the hospital with a 103 fever. 3 weeks later my lungs are still tight and using an inhaler on a regular basis. On top of all of this, Sinus Pressure. I have a broken tooth that happens to have roots in my sinus cavities. Normally this isn't an issue and I can't spend $2000 to have the tooth removed but every time the temperature and air pressure changes I'm in tears from the pain. I've been able to find the correct dosage of meds to relieve.
All of this has set me back big time.
I haven't weighed myself recently and I know in the last 3 months my eating habits have gone in the dumps including weekly pizza orders cause I'm too exhausted to cook for my family.
I need help getting back in the game.
I need basic exercises I can do either in bed as my meds kick in or something that doesnt require a lot of leg activity.
I do at least 3miles of walking 4-5 days a week cause I walk to work instead of driving. That and standing 6-12 hours those days puts soo much pressure on my already weak knees.
Ty!!!!

exercise is good for your brain but it won't drop weight efficiently. Eating less works.
Try more fat and proteins, less bread and sugar. That will tend to decrease appetite.0
