Getting the best from runkeeper

I signed up for the app. I think I might like it. Any tips? :-)

    I use it all the time it's great for tracking your walking running or even cycling. If you link it to MFP it adds calories burned for you
  • I use it with MFP and it's fantastic, only log cardio with it though, but as malcomjcooper said, link it with MFP and everything is automatic, especially like that it gives more accurate burned calories as long as you allow apps to log lower calorie burn than mfp (here in settings)

    Just don't forget to turn off audio cues! those are super annoying in my opinion! :smile:

    I've just had a look... I think it might just do it automatically like my fitbit used to. Has anyone done the training plans on runkeeper?

    I'm doing the C25k program on it. I'm pleased, but I have nothing to compare it to.

    I've done that one on a different app so thought I would try the running for weight loss one. Looks good :-)
