Does anyone know of a site that tells you the servings of foods. I cook a lot of stew, soups, stirfrys etc and always get confused. I want to start mesauring them and need all the help I can get.

When I enter recipes in MFP, I often just enter them as 1 serving and then get a total weight of the entire batch. Then I do the math to see how much of that 'one' serving I had. For instance if I made 620 grams of coleslaw and then took 68 grams to go with my meal, I enter 0.11 serving for my portion <68/620>. You can do the same with soup and such, although it means either getting the weight of your pot to begin with or pouring it into another container that is tared out.

You could also figure out how many cups you have, either by pouring into a large measuring cup or by filling your cooking pot with water to the same level that your soup was and measuring the water.
