Reasonable Calorie amount for each meal?

Hi All,
Just curious approx how many calories everyone eats per meal? I know this varies greatly based on goals- I'm currently eating about 1400 calories and burning 200- so 1200 after exercise. Thanks for sharing in advance!

    I'm at 1300 without exercise. I usually eat 200 for breakfast, about 300 for lunch, about 500 for dinner, about 100 for a snack, and 200 for my late evening meal.

    200 for breakfast, 400/500 for lunch and dinner and 100/200 for afternoon snack. A bit more when I exercise.
