Good morning from a YOYO dieter!

Good morning!

So, this is not my first time here. I joined MFP after my daughter was born and it helped me lose all of my baby weight by her first birthday <insert HOORAYS>...then I gained a LOT of it back over the last 2 years. I'm a stress eater and was selling/buying a house. I know my triggers...WINE, lack of sleep. After settling nicely into our new home, I kicked butt! I started running 5Ks, doing 30DS, going to the gym, doing Weight Watchers (yes, all at the same time). I dropped 20 lbs and met my goal!!! This was only 4 months ago. Enter: Going back to work after being a SAHM for 3 years. I love my job, but the stress factor is starting in again and I've gained 15 of the 20 back already.

I need your support!!! I need to start fitting in workouts and tracking my food again. The tracking can be tedious but my mind set and will power is not working on it's own in my late 30's :/.

I'm excited to lose the 15 lbs again...and I'm a great support system.
