Newbie

I just signed onto myfitnesspal. I have already lost 38 pounds, but have been struggling to get the last ten pounds off. I already journal, exercise, and eat much better; however, I have not tracked my food in quite some time, so I thought doing so might help. I am not feeling particularly enthusiastic and I already feel restricted by having something to answer to, so I would appreciate hearing others' experiences with myfitnesspal.
