    I really liked the first one, I try and convince some of my friends and my mom that they need to eat MORE to stay healthy and lose weight and they hear nothing of it! One friend in particular often barely eats 1200 calories and works out and it drives me insane when she wonders why her metabolism is so slow.

    even an apple... or an orange... some almonds in yogurt... anyything!!!

    I really wish they would stop saying "boost your metabolism" when increasing meal count is simply an effective way to control binging for some people. I use it and it helps me.
