    If you happen to get super keen and pass your goal do you adjust it upwards or leave as is and it will log km's over goal?

    Definitely up for the challenge again!
    Last month did great and went well over my 50 goal... Thinking about 120 miles this month, as I have started Triathlon training and need to get the miles in(bike/run/swim)!!!

    I am recovering from a knee injury and I have not been given the okay to run again. My June goal will be 50 miles of walking/biking/swimming and starting to run again!

    I'm in! My goal is to start running again in June and I need motivation! I had some injury and I'm finishing another fitness program at the same time, so I am going to make my goal small - 30 miles in 30 days.
