Back for another month - Got a busy month of "other stuff" planned, so I'm lowering my goal for this month . . .
June 1st: 3.25 miles - Running (*Rock The Bay 5k*)
June 1st: 3 miles (*Walking Around / Misc. Stuff*)
June 6th: 9.0 miles (*Cycling - MTB*)
June 10th: 15 miles (*Spin*)
June 12th: 1.25 miles (*Swimming*)
June 14th: 15 miles (*Spin*)
Total (so far): 46.5 miles

wooohooooo part 3 and we aren't even at the 1/2 way mark of june....nice work *kitten* movers....
i did 5.36 miles on the elliptical last night at the ymca...
