Weekly Weight loss Group Dublin

Hi there,

I'm based in Dublin, Ireland and I'm just wondering if there is anyone out there that would like to start up a weekly weight loss group?

I generally always start out great but slip back into old habits after a few weeks of results and I think having someone there would help me to stay motivated. I just want to be eating healthier meals, but not cut out meals or food groups. It would be nice to have someone to go for a jog with some evenings during the week. And do a weekly weigh in together once a week?

I have done some weight loss challenges over the past few years and found that once I knew that I had to be weighed in with someone other than myself, it helped me to stay motivated.
