It can help to track whether or not you're hitting your micronutrient goals every day

If they contain calories, I would log them.

The vitamins, probably not, unless you really want to track your vitamins. They preworkout supplement, probably, since I assume it has some number of calories per serving.

Only if you're specifically tracking any of those vitamins, or if the supplement has any calories (e.g., from added sugars). Most people get enough vitamins and minerals from their everyday diets, by the way; unless you're a vegan or you don't get a lot of sunlight, you probably don't need vitamins. (Of course, if your doctor has advised you to take them, listen to him or her, not a random stranger on the Internet.)

I log them. I take gummy vitamins so they're 45 calories a day. I have all my vitamins saved as a recipe (including the ones with no calories) so I just have to hit the one item to add them all in.

Only to the extent of the nutritional value they provide.
