What's your Workout routine

What's your current workout routine for losing weight or toning your body ? I need to make a workout routine to tone up my body I'm an 18 year old female and I'm 5'2 96 -97lbs and I eat at maintanence calories I want to work out only 3 days a week but I don't know what stuff to do and how long I should work out .. Any ideas tips ? :)

    Either weight lifting or some bodyweight exercises are very important; you want to have lean curves and nice definition, not just be skinny, right? If you don't have access to a gym or just prefer to work out at home, look into bodyweight exercises. There are videos you can use, and books that will give you a good program to follow. Then cardio can be anything you enjoy that gets your heart rate up: walking, running, Zumba-type dance workouts, jumping rope, etc. If you're going to work out three days a week, I'd do both weight training/bodyweight exercises (about half an hour) AND cardio (half an hour) on those days. Do you like videos? I can recommend some good ones. :-)
