Hi~!

Hi! My name is Jenny and I recently got a Fitbit and decided to give myfitnesspal a try.

A bit about me: I'm a university student in Canada and before I entered university, I lost about 60 pounds (from 185 to 125) and trying my best to maintain/lose a bit of healthy weight until I get to 110lb. I'm kind of finding it hard to keep a healthy lifestyle because it's either studying, working, or gaming in front of the computer desk all day for me. I'm SOOO lazy to hit the gym except for the sole reason of arriba/zumba classes in my neighbor YMCA!
That's why I hope this app/community will help me with the right amount of motivation to make healthy decisions every day :)

Nice to meet you all and hope I can make some fitness buddies here!

Good news! You don't have to hit the gym to lose weight, so you're in the clear there. You're not going to gain anything in the way of overall fitness by not working out while losing weight which is why it is generally highly recommended to do so, but you don't absolutely necessarily have to work out at all.

Just stick to your calorie deficit number, and the weight will come off.

    Also, good luck!
