    I'm back to my old adage about pounds. Look at your goal and try to see how this makes a difference. Unless you are a wrestler your weight is probably not your goal but a means to reach your goal which I will bet is to look a certain way or reduce cholesterol or some other health metric. Did that weekend make you get closer or further way from that goal? If not just carry on.
