Ok everyone. I just started work on Monday which is a class they are sending me to..I need your opinion. I get up by 6 am to get ready and leave by 7 am so from 7am to about 6 pm i'm either sitting in class or driving home. Class is from 8-5 and when i get home i have to feed the kids get them bathed and ready for bed and by that time I'm exhausted!! How can I get a little bit of exercise in or what are some quick but affective ways to still get a little in?

you get a lunch break during the class right? Take advantage of it to walk. If you're not bringing your own lunch, walk to wherever you're purchasing from. If you ARE bringing you own lunch, make it something you can eat as you walk. Even just a quick lap around the block is better than nothing and will hopefully have the added benefit of clearing the cobwebs from the morning session so that you can focus and better absorb the information in the afternoon. Plus it just feels better to get some movement in when your day is consisting of so much sitting.

Go for a walk at lunchtime and during breaks

Take the kids out for half-hour game of football or similar

go exercise once they're in bed - don't use it as an excuse

Walk during your lunch and breaks. Additionally, park as far away from the class as you can, so you can get some walking in before and after.

I second all the walking though I tried that once and just wound up stinky...

YouTube videos after work? Could be any time in the evening night or early morning that you find a few spare minutes to yourself

Lunch break or go workout before going home.
