Hello everyone, my name is Liz and I'm looking to make some fitness friends that can keep me motivated. I was doing really good and fell off track when I started having some relationship issues but now I'm ready to get back on track and get that beachbody of my dreams. So far I am down 21 pounds it was more but I gained some of it back when I was stressed out, now I'm ready to get back in control of this situation and would love to have some positive people on my team, so feel free to add me :smile:
