quorn chicken and mushroom curry with brown rice. depending on the curry sauce you use, or whether you make your own, it comes to between 400-450 calories a serving.
chicken and veg stuffed pepper with cheese and a salad - 330 calories
cottage pie (swap the beef for turkey mince, the potato for cauliflower and broccoli) - 290 without cheese and 350 with cheese. I serve mine with roasted broccoli (54 calories per serving)
lemon/garlic drizzled mini chicken fillets with sweet potato wedges and roasted vegetables - 350 calories
scouse (beef or lamb stew with potatoes and root veg) - 330 calories
hope these help0 -
Stir fry is very low in calories. Take your choice of lean protein, cook it in a hot pan with some soy sauce, ginger, garlic, onion, what-have-you, add a package of frozen stir fry veggies and heat through. You can eat it just like that or add some cooked spaghetti noodles right at the end or serve it with rice. The calories will vary depending on what you serve it with but it's infinitely flexible, low calorie and inexpensive.0
