I keep thinking about Herbalife. Is it even worth it?

    It is just a shake at the end of the day - it can help to create a calorie deficit, but it doesn't help burn calories or anything like that. I have it for breakfast and the mint is quite nice...but you could find a cheaper equivalent and to be honest making a smoothie or having cereal would probably be healthier!
