    It is a battle I still have to talk myself out of foods I can not have and talk myself into making it out to the gym, it is so easy for me to make excuses. Stick with it and though slow it will happen :)

    take lots and lots of pictures even though you can not see it in the mirror, pictures tell 1000 words, i like to take them before the gym gives me the push to keep it going.

    Great advice.
    I normally workout at home when motivated.
    My problem now is being consistent! It would help to team up with people who post there motivational tips and daily workouts etc.
    Is it o.k. to add you?

    Friends make excellent workout buddies... I Have a friend who goes to the gym with me on Tuesdays and Thursdays and I pick her up so I have to be there motivated or not, and my husband goes with me on Saturday and Sunday and on those days I use his motivation. I got myself a fitbit to so that I could track my steps and see when I needed to get off my butt and get moving.
