Those with "Double Bellies" or "B-Shaped Bellies"

This may be a weird question or topic but I've lost 41 pounds by eating mostly clean (not 100% perfect) , lifting weights as heavy as I can and by doing HIIT cardio. After losing 41 pounds and lifting weights, I feel great and I am the smallest I've ever been (124 pounds at 5'3", waist is 27", hips are 36"). My arms and legs have definition which I am very happy with, but my stomach is not flat, meaning there is an indent in my belly across my belly button, giving my stomach intense rolls. The more weight I lose, the deeper the indent goes and the belly rolls are very loose and jiggly (which bothers me very much because I feel it every time I take a step).

I'm not having so much of a problem losing weight or body fat, I'm just hoping my stomach will be flat and smooth one day. So my questions is...Does anyone have a similar stomach "shape" and were able to get a completely flat stomach or even close to it? I've Googled before and after weight loss photos but they were only of tummy tucks for the similar stomach shape I have.

I know this may be a weird topic, but thank you for anyone who is able to help!
