Ya me neither
Want a meal that is low in calories and high in protein AND tastes delicious?
Well here is how you do it

You take 1 can of any kind of legumes. This could include Green peas, black beans or kidney beans, doesn't matter
You take a healthy helping of cottage cheese. Sit back down!
And finally you add a butt load of salsa.
You can also measure it 1 part legumes, 1 part cottage cheese and 2 parts salsa

Salsa is an awesome way to add flavor to meals. Try to get fresh cut salsa if you can. It is low in calories since it is in essence just chopped vegetables.
