What should I put for a JM's workout under the exercise options on the MyFitnessPal app??

I see multiple options for aerobics and sit-ups, etc etc... But nothing that would include all of her exercises.

    I use calisthenics push-ups - it's a little cardio too, but I alternate JM with an elliptical day that I call all cardio. Calories may be a little less, but that's a bonus.

    circuit training or high impact aerobics, or a little of both. You could split the time between the two.
