                    I am using the myfitnesspal app to track twhat i've been eating. The app states that I need to eat 0 grams of polyunsaturated fat which according to the american heart association, along with monounsaturated fat are the best fats for you  because they help fight heart disease. Can someone please clarify? Thanks.
