I'm not a success story yet, but I will gladly share my progress so far. I'm 5'4.5" (approx 164cm) and still have around 40lbs to lose.

Just for Fun, I took these yesterday in celebration of being 0.4lbs away from pre-pregnancy weight (funny part, the scale said I'm 0.2lbs under my pre-pregnancy weight today )


and because someone mentioned my tummy (in a thread I started)

50# difference, pictures are one year apart, l lost the first 40# in 30 days due to the stress of finding out about my wife <ex-wife> having an affair, but I used that inertia to begin eating healthy, working out & running.
