mid morning: 1 scoop whey protein
lunch: lean protein and a veggies
mid afternoon: 1 scoop whey protein
Dinner: lean protein and veggies
Before bed: 1 scoop of casein protein
My goal is to lose weight and fat
*I had a insulin sensitivity factor when i eat carbs, so i dont want to eat carbs, maybe once a week for a refeed.
My routine is 3 days a week full body workout with barbells and dumbells and 2 days of cardio.

As long as you are in a deficit you will lose weight.
As long as you are hitting the macros that support your body composition goals you should lose fat.
As long as you are getting your needed micro nutrients you should be supporting good health.0 -

You haven't mentioned the calorie count for any of these items, and that can vary wildly depending on brand of whey protein and type of lean protein and veggie, so it's impossible to answer your question.
In order to lose weight, you must have a calorie deficit. Period. What matters most for weight loss is how much you eat, not what you eat. Experiments have been done where people have eaten horrific diets at a calorie deficit, and still lost weight. Google "Twinkie diet" to know more.
So, first you need to know how much you burn each day. Google "TDEE calculator" and plug your stats into some websites to get some numbers. These are estimates based on population averages and activity level can be tricky for some but it's a great place to start.
Once you know about how many calories you burn each day, just subtract a deficit from that to know how much you can eat and lose weight. Some people subtract 10-20% from their calories, and some subtract a nice round number. For example, since a pound of fat is 3500 calories, many of us subtract 500 calories per day from our TDEE in order to lose one pound per week (7 days x 500 cals = 3500).
Once you know how much you can eat, that's when you can start looking at what kinds of foods you want to eat. You might find that if you eat "too clean" you'll have a hard time eating enough calories. Think variety and sustainability, and eating foods that will let you keep your calorie deficit while not making you feel deprived.0 -

You need some carbs to live. Veggies are carbs. Even some proteins have some carbs.0 -
What do you mean by carbs?0

Looks like your fat would be rather low. If you're doing low carb then I would expect both protein and fat to be higher as a result?0

God that sounds absolutely miserable as a diet
I'd crash and burn on that
what's this insulin sensitivity factor? was it a doctor test, did a doctor advise you to cut carbs?

Sounds like an unbelievably boring and monotonous diet. The body wants variety. It needs to relax instead of putting itself under the constant strain of a fad diet. It is counterproductive.0
