What's your routine?

I've realised that I really need routine in my life or I tend to let things slide.

I was wondering what people's daily routine looks like - do you do the same thing every day, what about weekends?

I do this (well, have been for the last 2 weeks):
7am - wake up, get ready, do family stuff
8am - go to work
4:30 - go to gym (it's in my office building)
- M, W, F - Running / Press ups
- Tu, Th - strength training
6pm - go home - family stuff
10/11pm - go to bed
- Monday evenings I have a ukulele club
- Thursday evenings I try to swim for an hour or so

Weekends are usually mostly family time - not much fitness specific stuff, but often out walking, gardening etc.
