Hi all-
New here. Say my target is 1200 cals. The program adds calories burned in exercise to the daily balance. Should one eat those net calories? I am imagining 3-400 calories could either stall loss, or fuel exercise since 1200 isn't a lot. Confused! TIA

Go here right away and adjust your macros accordingly: http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/
Read up on TDEE & BMR. You are NEVER to eat below your BMR (this is why WW didn't work for me and destroyed my metabolism in the process) as it is the calories you burn just by laying down and breathing. I was eating 1200 calories a day and I should be getting bare minimum 1450 net.0
