Hi everyone.

42 male here and second time using Myfitnesspal properly. I used it once before and nearly lost a stone, then I stopped and put all the weight back on!

I started at 17 stone and am currently 16st 8 and want to get to 15 stone.

I feel I'm quite fit for my size but when I go cycling in a group my weight slows me down a bit. So I'm here and not going to stop until I hit 15st!

Sugar and sweet treats are my worst sins as I love them so I'm coming on here for help and support and to keep on the straight and narrow!
