Hola!
Alright, so I move to Australia in less than a month...and I have NOTHING done. Between getting people in for last minute appointments and trying to get the car ready for shipping as well as packing etc, I honestly don't know if I can maintain my 3-5 day a week exercise schedule. I'm not giving up on it by any means, but I do have stuff to do. So while I will still try my damndest to get at least 20 minutes in...would it be wise to drop the calorie goal to say, 1500 or 1600 for the month until I move? Then once I get over to Aus get back on track? I have a client who is a personal trainer and I'll be joining his gym and starting to lift, so I'm sure the calorie target will change then as well but right now I'm at 1800 (based on the in place of roadmap etc etc) and have been losing pretty steadily, but, like I said, I've also been exercising 3-5 times a week
Side note, spent 3 days in Vegas and only went up a bit (1.5lbs) It's also TOM so I'm going to wait until thats done and over with before I update my tracker as I always am a bit heavier then.
